I'm looking to create $17,000 per month in passive income. Currently I'm without cash flow, rich in debt, and have poor credit. I do have some background in real estate investing both single family and multi-unit even some history as a landlord.

I'm more interested in multi-unit but want to learn your systems and so will follow the leader rigorously. I need a home of my own and will be moving around June 30th when my lease is up.
