Aggressively developing into a Dealmaker. Am currently implementing and improving a 5-day a week (with weekend optional) system to go after deals as well as consistently follow up. Following up is an absolute pain, not because it's hard or the agents are hard to get used to eventually; but because the steps and procedures get mixed up and it becomes a herculean effort to keep even simple tasks balanced. Let alone remembered. The system WILL work; it is heavily based on David Allen ("GTD") with more than a dash of Tim Ferris ("4 Hour Workweek"). When I have a more structured and communicable set of instructions I will try to make them available. Also continually seeking resources to help me and AZ investors become paperless. Or, as for starting on the Hunter level, as electronic as possible. I am a Tucson native; we really do exist...
